Der jetzige läuft ohne Probleme mit 4,4 GHz ohne die Spannung von 1,3V zu ändern.

2.6.2018 - Die GTX 980 ging vor ein paar Tagen kaputt. Von heute auf morgen <Angry>. Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 AMP! Edition ist der Ersatz.

17.4.2020 - Wurde langsam Zeit für eine neue GPU: Die Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 OC-6GD ersetzt die GTX 1060. Für FHD reicht sie vollkommen aus. Erreichte recht schnell ~80°C+ und 100% auf meiner Lüfterkurve, etwas Undervolting hat das Problem gelöst. 1920 MHz core bei 925 mV (stellenweise 1,05V bei starker Last) funktioniert einwandfrei und die Karte wird nie heißer als 75°C (90% Lüftergeschwindigkeit).
2060 Super, 2070 und noch stärkere Modelle kamen in Frage, aber nachdem ich mit entschied, einfach mal eine 2060 auszuprobieren und ggf. im Nachhinein die Karte zu wechseln, sah ich keinen Grund mehr weiter über das Thema nachzudenken.
